When will the work take place?
- When all legalities have been obtained and the full payment has been received the site works can be programmed by our construction team.
- NIE will contact you to confirm the construction date. Construction timescales can be 4-12 weeks.
- NIE can not make your new or increased supply live until we have received a connection card filled in by your electrical contractor.
- If you are a new business customer your supply can not be made live until you have entered into a contract with your chosen electricity supplier. For more information on choosing an electricity supplier please contact the Consumer Council. Visit www.consumercouncil.org.uk.
- When the construction work is complete NIE may contact you to gain feedback on the quality of our service. We value your feedback to help us to continually improve our service.
